Yes. A tour of our facility with your dog/s is required prior to moving forward with a reservation.

All dogs who stay with us get the benefits of a doggy day care but we are strictly a boarding facility that offers tons of “extras” that is all inclusive of our boarding fee. During the day, dogs will be placed in small groups in one of our activity areas for supervised play time, cuddles, making new friends, water play, or lounging.

7:30am-8:00am—outside to go potty, stretch and play
8:00am-10:00am—cool down from play, breakfast, relax and digest in their suite (prevents bloat before play)
10:00am-5:30pm—rotating play groups with a couple of naps in between
5:30pm-7:30pm—cool down from play, dinner, relax and digest (prevents bloat before play)
7:30pm-8:30pm—rotating play groups and start winding down for bedtime
9:00pm—tuck-ins and bedtime

Yes. We will only accept dogs who have been vaccinated for rabies, bordetella and DHLPP.

We are happy to dispense oral and topical medications and/or supplements for your dog. We require that you provide your medications and/or supplements in their original pill bottle/packaging and we will administer as directed. We do not administer intravenous medications.

In the event your dog requires medical attention, we will make every effort to reach you. We will transport your dog to their veterinarian to ensure continuity of care. However, if they are unavailable for after hour services, we will transport your dog to the closest emergency clinic.  Please ask your veterinarian how they handle after hours emergencies.

If the dogs reside in the same household, yes.

Yes. An abrupt change in your dog's food will result in stomach upset, diarrhea and/or a possible allergic reaction. This will add unnecessary stress during their stay with us.

Yes. If there are items from home that you wish to bring for your dog, we ask that any bedding be washed prior to coming to our facility. There is no guarantee that bedding, toys or any items you bring from home will be in the same shape they were prior to boarding. All of their personal items will remain in their suite at all times. We are not responsible for replacing/repairing any items that were not purchased by Woof Pack Lodge.

No. We only accept dogs who are friendly towards humans and other dogs.

Woof Pack Lodge is a boutique facility, which enables us to focus on personalized care.  The fact that we have a low volume of dogs means less commotion and more of a peaceful home environment.  Part of our daily routine consists of communicating with our clients via pupdates/check ins.  We are experts at putting pet parents' minds at ease.  Woof Pack Lodge is the closest thing you will find to home.
